Standard Shipping: Will be base on order weight (FREE postage for orders over RM100 ,unless mention NOT including postage item. Fussyshop will select which courier company to use for free postage order.We will use Pos Malaysia Parcel for East Malaysia Customer . )
All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Standard Post parcel delivery times will then apply once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Your Fussyshop parcel will generally reach your intended delivery address within 2-3 business days from the time you place your order.

Important Note
Please note that the free shipping option becomes available automatically at time of checkout when your shopping cart content value after discount and excluding gift cards meets the minimum value threshold. No promo code required. Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside of Malaysia. Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

Delivery conditions
Courier drivers will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office or courier branch or they will arrange for re-delivery if no one at home to receive the parcel.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Fussyshop will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

We will not accept any returns or refund complain of the packaging box crushed  or box damage which not affect the usage of the product you ordered. We cannot control the manners of the people who deliver the order to you but we will do our best to pack your order in the best way we can. Do trust us that we always want you to be happy when you receive your order. You should not sign receive of your parcel if you find any serious damage of your parcel and take picture immediately to send to us so that we can help you to complain to the courier service simultaneously while you doing the complain to them.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email or phone call and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or the whole order held and sent to you once back in stock.
